How far are your homes from the clubhouse/communal pool?
We are just 0.4 miles to the clubhouse, which is approx a 2 minute walk.
Do I have to pay anything to use the resort facilities?
There is nothing else to pay for the facilities, although you will need to leave a $10 deposit for each passcard you require. You can obtain these from the main desk at the clubhouse.
What temperature does the pool heat up to?
The pool is heated to 87 degrees and the spa is heated to 105 degrees, These temperatures can be reached most of the year. However, we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this will vary according to several factors – the main one being prevailing weather conditions. If the weather is exceptionally cold, the pool heater may not be able to reach the set temperature.
When do you recommend pool heat?
We recommend pool heat between the months of October to April.
How do I get into the home?
We work on a keyless system. You will be given a access code to the home along with your rental voucher before you travel. For added security, these codes are changed on a regular basis.
Who is your management company?
Our maganement company are Magical Vacation Homes, who are a local family run company. They will be on hand to help you through out your stay, should amy probelms arise.

How do I book your homes?
We require you to fill in a booking form, which can be found on this site. We also require a 20% holding deposit, unless your stay is less then 8 weeks away, in which case, we require payment in full.
How close are you to the castle playground?
We are just 6 houses away
Do you have a BBQ?
A BBQ can be hired from our management company, prices are subject to change, so please email me to receive a quote.
Can you provide a welcome pack?
A welcome pack can be ordered from the Windsor Hills sundry shop, please email if you are interested in this.
Do I have to pay a clean fee?
You will only be charged for the check out clean if your stay is less then 7 day.
What linens to you provide?
We provide bed linens and towels. You will need to bring along beach and pool towels.
What do I need to bring along with me?
You will need to bring towels for use outside of the home. You will need to bring along your own toiletries and any food and drink you will need during your stay. If theres is anything specific you require during your stay, email me to check that we have this in the home for your use.
Do you have internet access?
We have free WiFi in the home, you will just need to bring your laptop.
Do you have a sofa bed?
Yes, both our homes have sofa beds.
Do you have baby equipment?
Yes, we have a stroller, highchaor and a pack and play for your use.
