Payments are quoted in US$, but can be paid in US$ or GBR£ and is determined by the exchange rate on the day the payment is made. Payments can be made by cheque (check), Paypal echeque, or Paypal. Payment via Paypal will incur a 3% service charge. A cleaning charge of $150 will be charged if the stay is less then 7 nights. A minimum stay of 7 night is required over Easter and Christmas. |
